These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of getopsin.com and any purchase of OPSIN™ products. This site is operated by Saint Benoit LLC ("OPSIN," "we," "us," or "our"). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.
You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian, to place an order through this site.
OPSIN™ Phone Wipes are pre-moistened, alcohol-free wipes intended for cleaning glass screens and lenses on smartphones, tablets, and similar handheld devices. They are not intended for use on computer monitors or other non-glass display surfaces.
We work to display our products and their descriptions accurately, but colors and appearance may vary depending on your screen. Packaging and formulation may change over time. Always follow the usage and safety directions on the product packaging.
Our products are not medical devices, and we make no claim that they treat, prevent, or reduce the risk of any disease or infection.
All prices are listed in U.S. dollars and are subject to change without notice. Products are subject to availability. We reserve the right to limit quantities, correct pricing or description errors, and refuse or cancel any order — including after an order has been submitted. If we cancel an order you have already paid for, we will issue a full refund.
Submitting an order is an offer to purchase. Your order is accepted when we send an order confirmation or ship the product. Payment is processed by our third-party payment processor; by placing an order you authorize us to charge your selected payment method for the total, including taxes and shipping.
Delivery timeframes are estimates, not guarantees. Risk of loss passes to you when the carrier takes possession of the package. We are not responsible for delays caused by carriers, weather, or other events beyond our control.
If something is wrong with your order, contact us at hello@getopsin.com within 30 days of delivery and we will make it right. Unopened products in resalable condition may be returned within 30 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened wipe packs cannot be returned unless the product is defective or was damaged in transit. Refunds are issued to the original payment method.
Joining our waitlist means you agree to receive emails from us about our launch and products. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Joining the waitlist does not reserve inventory or guarantee product availability.
OPSIN™, Your Phone Is Gross™, Screen Safe Technology™, and all site content — including text, graphics, photographs, logos, and layout — are owned by Saint Benoit LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them commercially without our written permission.
You agree not to use this site to violate any law, interfere with or disrupt the site, attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, scrape or harvest data, or transmit malicious code.
Testimonials shown on this site reflect the experiences of individual early testers who received product samples. Individual experiences vary, and testimonials are not a guarantee of results. By submitting a review or testimonial to us, you grant us permission to display it on our site and marketing materials.
Except where prohibited by law, this site and our products are provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. Some jurisdictions do not allow the exclusion of implied warranties, so this may not apply to you.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Saint Benoit LLC and its owners, employees, and agents will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of this site or our products. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid for the product giving rise to the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited under applicable law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Saint Benoit LLC from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of your violation of these Terms or your misuse of the site or our products.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules. Any dispute will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Orange County, California, and you consent to the jurisdiction of those courts.
We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Your continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the revised Terms.
