How do you clean a phone?
Unplug it, turn it off and take the case off. Wipe the exterior gently with a soft, lint-free cloth. For marks that don't lift, lightly dampen the cloth or use a pre-moistened wipe made for phones. Keep moisture out of the charging port, speakers, microphones and other openings, and let the phone dry before reconnecting power.
Dry cloth or damp cloth?
Apple recommends a soft, slightly damp, lint-free cloth. Samsung and Google recommend a soft, dry cloth for routine cleaning. Don't spray liquid onto the phone and don't submerge it.
